Philanthropic Support

For more than 25 years, U of T’s Centre for Indigenous Studies has helped educate the world about Canada’s indigenous peoples and cultures. Its vision is to renew and expand on this work through multidisciplinary research, community partnerships, language instruction and experiential land-based learning. Support for the Centre will help build an Indigenous hub, create endowments for Indigenous faculty, staff appointments and visiting scholars, establish endowed scholarships for Indigenous students at the undergraduate and graduate levels and support research partnerships with Indigenous communities.
